DELL CITY - Wilbur James Parker, 82, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2004, in Odessa.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Dell City Memorial Park with Lindsay Snodgrass officiating. Arrangements are by Denton-Funchess Funeral Home of Carlsbad, N.M.

Mr. Parker served in the Navy during World War II. He married Katherine Rebecca Garner on Dec. 25, 1948.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Thomas Parker of Memphis and Joe Ed Parker of Carlsbad; a daughter, Cindy Hill of Odessa; two brothers, Edwin Parker of North Little Rock, Ark. and Joe Campbell of Levelland; four sisters, Dorthy Wright of Denair, Calif., Nelvie Wood of Lubbock, Annie Mae Weems of Rotan and Truda Fail Gray of Sierra Vista, Ariz., 7 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
