DIES ON FARM WHERE HE WAS BORN IN 1868,
Black Ash, June 7, 1931. Mr Bogardus was born on the farm where he passed away. For the pass 12 1/2 years Mr. Bogardus and wife resided in Titusville and vicinity. Ten years as foreman at the McCaslin gasoline plant south of Titusville.
The deceased is survived by his widow, Mrs Margaret Bogardus, a son, Myron Bogardus of Meadville, a daughter Miss Twila Bogardus at home, two grandchildren, Bernita & Marian of Meadville, two brothers, J.Burton Bogardus and P.L."Verne"Bogardus of this place, and one sister, Mrs Emma French of Tulsa, OK.
Interment was made in Black Ash Cemetery, six friends were pall bearers, Raymond Hill, Sherman Grove, Frank Walter, Clarence, Clyde and A.P. Warner.
