Walter W. Lumbard, 75, of Aurora passed away Monday, January 5, 2004 at Provena Mercy Center. He was born May 25, 1928 in Oswego the son of the late Sherman and Ruth (Gilmour) Lumbard.
Mr. Lumbard was the owner of Walt and Son Tree Service.
He is survived by his daughter, Sandi (Bill) Dumich of Schaumburg; grandsons, Matthew Dumich of Milwaukee and Andrew Dumich of Chicago; sister, Liz (Charles) Dayton of Friendship, WI.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane (Sprague) Lumbard and his son, Randy "Tiny" Lumbard.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 10:00 a.m. January 8, 2004 at The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Pl., Aurora. Visitation will be held Wednesday 4-8 p.m. January 7, 2004 at The Healy Chapel, Aurora. Interment will take place at Lincoln Memorial Park.
