Funeral services for John Coleman Forsyth, 65, of 2320 Aster St. will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, in Episopal Church of the Good Shepherd.
The Revs. Frank Wilson and Petroula K. Ruehlen will officiate, Burial will be in Prien Cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral Home.
Mr. Forsyth died at 12:10 a.m. Sunday in a local hospital.
A native of Forest Hill, he had resided in Lake Charles since 1946. He was a member of the Masons. He was an accountant for Davidson, Sash and Door for 40 years and was a veteran of World War ll.
Survivors include three sons, James Louis Forsyth of Friendswood, Texas, Jerry Phillip Forsyth of Lake Charles and Joey Edward Forsyth of Bossier City; two daughters, Molly Sue Forsyth and Mrs. Carol Jean Mack, both of Lake Charles, and one grandson.
