According to Kelly/Kelley descendants, William & Winifred they are buried in the Keeter Cemetery in Gilmer Co, in unidentified graves marked only with rocks (as are about half of the graves in this old cemetery).
Note that this surname is spelled by descendants as both Kelly and Kelley. In early records of Habersham Co, GA, the surname is also found spelled as O'Kelly.
Robert V. Kelly and Rachel E. Morrison were married Oct 25, 1866, Pickens Co, GA; Bk A, Pg 272.
Civil War records for Pickens Co, GA indicate that Robert V. Kelly (sic) was 1st Sgt of Company E, 23rd Regiment, Georgia Volunteer Infantry, CSA in 1861. He was captured (date unknown) and sent to Ft. Delaware Prison where he remained until June 12, 1865.
