He graduated from Moeller High School where he ran freshman track. He continued his education at Associated Schools of America in North Miami Beach, Florida where he majored in Airline and Travel Career and Computer Programming.
Places of employment included: GE, John Morrell Corporate Lab, and Industrial Security Services in Covington, Kentucky.
At the age of twelve, in 1972, Glen became a Christian and was baptized at Greater Liberty Baptist Church in Cincinnati, OH by Rev. Jerome M. Lewis, Sr.
Glen loved music and sports. He earned his Red Belt Black Tip in Karate.
He is survived by his daughter Erica Eastman and two small grandchildren, his mother Blanche M. Castleberry, his sister Linda Castleberry-Ford of Norman, OK, his niece Noelle N. Ford of Columbus, OH, his aunts Rosa Jackson-Holland, Ramona Jones, Paula Cochoran-Styles, and Richalee Rice, all of Cincinnati, OH and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father William Castleberry, Jr.
A graveside service was held at Kerr Cemetery in Loveland, Ohio, on Nov. 18, 2011, where his remains were laid to rest.
He was remembered in a memorial service at Greater Liberty Baptist Church in Cincinnati, OH on Saturday, November 19, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Herbert E. Mabry, officiating.
