Eleanor P. Marks, 65, of 2743 Putnam Parkway, Venice Center, died Friday at Auburn Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Sherwood and lived in Cayuga County all her life.
She was formerly employed as a clerk for Wheat Brothers of Moravia and Krueger Feed Supply of Poplar Ridge. She also worked for Nolan Brothers Farms.
Mrs. Marks was a member of Scipio Chapter 173 Order of the Eastern Star for many years.
Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Richard; two sons, Charles of Rochester and Paul of Missouri; three daughters, Roxanne Skyvara of Texas, Charlene Marks of Moravia and Helen Earl of Scipio Center; a sister, Alma Rice of Arizona; eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Shurtleff Funeral Home, the Rev. James Main officiating. Burial is in Ridgeway Cemetery, Venice.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 3177 Main St., Genoa.
