Peter was killed during the move to Joes Colorado He was riding with the stock and Implements on the freight train. It stopped at a rail yard and Peter left for a while. During his abscence the train moved and he jumped back on the wrong train. A trainman mistook him for a bum and hit him in the head with a large tool.
