Tonya M Caldwell, 29, of Mount Shadow Terrace, Fayetteville, died on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 1997, at home.
Born Feb. 28, 1968, in Chambersburg, she is the daughter of Joseph E. and Dolores Staley Caldwell of Chambersburg.
A graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School in 1988, she was a nurse's aid at Piney Mountain Home for five years, and most recently worked at Manorcare.
In addition to her parents, surviving are two sons, Dustin J. and Taylor J., both at home; and one brother John H. Staley of Fayetteville.
Service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday on Robert G. Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Philadelphia Ave. the Rev. Stanley A cordell will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday int he funeral home.
