Mark Desmond Stacy was born on Dallas St. July, 1935 in Dallas, TX. to his loving parents Mark and Alice Stacy. He lost his fight with lung cancer December 5, 2011 engulfed in the love of his family. Mark (Des) leaves to cherish his memory, Sue Anne Stacy, his wife of 52 years, son Mark Desmond Stacy II , Sherry and Cheyenne, sister Norma (Stacy) and Frank Galloway, Lucille Herrin (mother-in-law) many friends and family. He was preceded in death by his son, James Christopher Stacy his parents, and James Herrrin ( father-in-law). Mark graduated from Pleasant Grove High, Class of 1953, he owned Stacy Concession for 35 years and served in the U.s. Army in Germany from 1959 to 1962. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Services were held December 9.2011 at Grove Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
