Asheville – "Re" was born on July 31, 1930 and left to be with the Lord on December 23, 2011. She was surrounded by her special family, the Shelton's and Robertson's, at her passing into Heaven.

She was the daughter of the late Melvin and Myrtle Buckner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hobart Biddix and son, Jim Biddix.

She is survived by her son, Charlie of the home and many cousins and friends.

She retired from Magnavox of Arden after many years of service. She loved flowers, gardening and going to yard sales. She enjoyed helping people and playing with Caleb Robertson, whom she called her grandson.

Special thanks to her caregivers the last 3 months of her worldly life, Marguerite, Sally, Barbara, Pam, Marshall and Faye.

Graveside Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at West Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Alton Shade officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
