LEXINGTON HERALD - November 4, 1961 - William Keller Simpson, 53, of 203 Old Lair Road, Cynthiana, Kentucky, a watchman for the Ladish Company, died November 3, 1961, of an apparent heart attack. He was a member of the Falmouth Baptist Church, a native of Pendleton County, Kentucky, and a World War II veteran.

He is survived by: his wife, Mrs. Dallas Stivers Simpson; four daughters, Mrs. Berry Stakelin, of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, Mrs. William Shadd, Mrs. William Winkle and Mrs. Jackie Jett, of Cynthiana; two sons, James Lee and William K. Simpson, Jr., of Cynthiana; two sisters, Mrs. Hobert Hill, of Falmouth, Kentucky, and Mrs. Stanley Reed, of Harrison County, Kentucky; a brother, John Thomas, of Falmouth; and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted at at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Smith-Rees Chapel by the Rev. Jesse Florence. Burial will be in the Barlow Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Blair Presnall, Chester Harp, Frankie Frankenfield, Hubert Turner, Hobert Hill and John Owsley. The body is at the funeral home, where friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday.
