Bobby J. Pollan age 72 passed away, Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Freeman West Health System in Joplin, Missouri. He was born on February 28, 1939 in Tiff City, Missouri, the son of Loyd & Lucille (Wilson) Pollan.
He was preceded in death his parents; his wife, Sharon, 1 son, Bobby Joe Pollan, Jr. and 1 brother, B.F. Pollan.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Debra Cooper, of Miami, Oklahoma and Karen Moy, of Neosho, Missouri, 2 sisters, Charlotte Knight of Miami, Oklahoma and Wanda Ingraham, of Portland, Oregon. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, Christopher Cooper and Jennifer Cooper, both of Miami, Oklahoma.
Graveside services & Interment for Bobby J. Pollan will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 23, 2011 at the Pollan Cemetery, in Grove, Oklahoma with Rev. Jerry Von Moss, officiating. Pallbearers will be Mick Lasiter, Gene Lasiter, Everett Lasiter, Robert Mathis, Larry Pannell and Michael Patterson. The family would like to invite friends to the house at 7600 S. Hwy 137 Miami, Oklahoma, Thursday evening from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. to share memories. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home, Miami.
