PORTAGE, Ind. - William Howard Suitor, 83, formerly of Corinth, died Friday, Oct. 31, 2003, in Portage, Indiana. He was a member of the Portage Family Bible Church and was a former member of the American Legion Post in Corinth. He served his country in the U. S. Navy during World War II.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Henry Cemetery with Pastor Anthony Suitor officiating. McPeters Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Mildred P. Suitor of Portage, Ind.; one son, Anthony Suitor of Crown Point, In d.; two daughters, Linda Zimmerman of Flanagan, Ill., and Francille Mathis of Portage, Ind.; one sister, Katherine Suitor of Rienzi; eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Albert, Joseph and Leroy Suitor.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
