John Henry Aesque, 29, 250 Aesque Street, died at Holston Valley Community Hospital at 7:30 am Sunday. A lifelong residest of Sullivan County, Mr. Aesque served in WWII as an infantryman.
He is survived by his widow, one son, Gary; two daughters, Patricia Ann and Linda Gail; three brothers, Lucian, Indianapolis, Paul and Robert, Kingsport; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bake Aesque; maternal grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Henry Stapleton; three nephews and one niece.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2pm at Morrison Chapel Methodist Church with the Rev. J.L. Trent and the Rev. Eart Austin officiating. The body will be removed from the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home to the home Monday afternoon.
Pallbearers will be Jess Carlos, H.K. Boyd Jr., Edward Ray Jr., Frank Stapleton, O'Dell Good, Frank Johnson, and Fred Wise.
