Monday, November 29, 1993

William Henry “Hank” KENDALL, 71, 210 North Maple St., Argos, died at 12:49 p.m. Saturday at Bremen Community Hospital.

He was born in Rensselaer to Joseph and Bessie GOWLAND KENDALL. He lived most of his life in the Argos community. On Dec. 1, 1951 in Argos he maried Ruth R. ALDERFER, who survives. He worked at Whie Farm, formerly Oliver Corp., South Bend. He attended the Argos United Methodist Church and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Argos American Legion Post 68.

Surviving with his wife are a daughter, Mrs. James N. (Sheri) REEVE, Pierceton; two sons, Stanley A. KENDALL, McAllen, Texas; Larry E KENDALL, Argos; two granddaughters, Ashley KENDALL, Argos; Ashton KENDALL, Argos; three step-grandsons, Michael, Scott and Brian REEVE, Pierceton; and a sister, Josephine WALLACE. Preceding in death were his parents and a brother, Robert KENDALL.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, with the Rev. Donald LACY officiating. Burial will be in the Argos Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. until services on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to the Marshall County Heart Fund.
