Lois Hjorth Miller, age 77, of Springville, died Monday, June 14, 1993 in Orem. She was born January 29, 1916 in Springville to Otis A. and Velma Miner Hjorth. She marrried James F. Miller April 12, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died in April of 1987. She is survived by two sons and two daughters: Ronald J. Miller, Mrs. James (Janet) McCardell, both of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Bert (Marsha) Oakey and Chris Miller, both of Springville; 12 grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters: Hugh Hjorth, Carlos Hjorth, of Mapleton; Paul Hjorth of Springville; Anna Pexton of West Valley City; and Florence Thomas of Orem. She was preceded in death by one son and one daughter: Bruck Miller and Linda Alleman and two grandchildren. Burial was June 16, 1993.
