He played for teams in the NHL, IAHL, IHL, CAHL, and the AHL, including the Toronto Maple Leafs from 1933 to 1934, and 1935 to 1937, Boston Cubs from 1934 to 1935, Boston Bruins from 1934 to 1935, Syracuse Stars from 1935 to 1936, New York Americans from 1937 to 1938, Chicago Blackhawks from 1937 to 1939, and the Providence Reds from 1939 to 1942.
