LARRY AZEL SPURLOCK, 56, of Huntington, companion of Deborah Spurlock, died Monday in the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He was employed with Spurlock Construction Co. Also surviving are his mother, Mozelle Berry Spurlock of Huntington; two sisters, Jeannine Braun and Carolyn Blatt; and one brother, Brad Spurlock. Funeral 2 p.m. Thursday at Beard Mortuary; entombment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Huntington.
