Rock Singer. St. John was a member of the 1960s male/female duo group, 'Dick and Dee Dee' along with Dee Dee Sperling, which was formed in 1961 in Santa Monica, California. They mainly recorded on the Liberty Record Label and Warner Record Label up until the mid 1960s, often appearing with the likes of the Beach Boys and the Rolling Stones. They had a few hits on the Top Ten 30 and even appeared in a film, before their career soured in the mid 1960s. Together the two recorded hits that focused on teens, R&B, pop, and soul type music including, 'The Mountain's High,' 'Tell Me,' 'Young And In Love,' 'Love Is Once In A Lifetime,' 'Where Did The Good Times Go?' 'Turn Around,' 'All My Trials,' 'Thou Shalt Not Steal,' 'Just 'Round The River Bend,' 'Be My Baby,' 'Blue Turns To Grey,' and 'Can't Get Enough Of Your Love.' St. John passed away from injuries from an accidental fall off a ladder at his home in California on December 27, 2003, at the age of 62.
