Ada's death certificate says she was buried in New Lexington in 1909, her time of death. Her grave marker is in Forest Rose Cemetery. Although she died in 1909, her burial date in Forest Rose is 9/24/1936, she might have been reinterred. So for now until I can do some research I have her listed twice, once for each Cemetery.
