In 1866 on her birthday she married Jewett Palmer, who with two daughters,Misses Muriel and Winifred Palmer survive her.
Mrs. Palmer was a woman of extraordinary ability. She was a good thinker and a splendid executive. She had a good talent as a musician and cultivated that talent to the time of her death. She had been organist of the First Unitarian Church for more than thirty years.
Just five months exactly followed her mother, Mrs. Scott.
The funeral will occur this Tuesday at the Unitarian Church, with private burial.
