Sandra Harrington
Sandra Marie Chellis Harrington, 44, of 133 Darty Lane, Statesville, passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 6, 2006, at her residence.
Harrington was born April 30, 1961, in Bennington, VT and was the daughter of Marjorie Lewis Chellis Snyder of Statesville and the late Dana Chellis. She graduated from Mount Anthony High School in Bennington and attended the College for Drama in Bennington, VT. She was the assistant manager of the Dollar General and formerly worked at the Family Dollar Store and K&W Cafeteria.
Harrington enjoyed taking care of her mother and spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother, Sandra is survived by two daughters, Amanda Harrington of Statesville, Nicolette H. Brown and husband, Scotty of Harmony; one son, David Lee Moose, Jr., of Statesville; one granddaughter, Kelsey May Brown; two sisters, Audrey Davis of Statesville and Victoria Radcliffe and husband, Bobby of Bennington; and two brothers, Dana Chellis and wife, Paula and Scott Chellis, both of Bennington, VT.
Harrington was preceded in death by one brother, Brian Keith Chellis.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2006, at the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bradley Mullis officiating. Burial will follow in Catawba Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends today from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Nicholson Funeral Home.
