The following death notice appeared in The Daily Inter Lake, Kalispell, Montana, on August 18, 1957:
"Funeral services for Myrtle A. Osborn, 79, were conducted Thursday at Waggener & Campbell Chapel, with the Rev. O.D. Harris, pastor of the Central Christian Church, officiating.
"Burial was in the Conrad Memorial Cemetery.
"Myrtle Abbie Osborn was born June 10, 1878, a daughter of Charlie and Ella Littlefield White, in Nebraska. She made her home at Morrill, Nebraska, for a number of years where she was married to E.D. Hunnell on January 1, 1898. She was preceded in death by her husband on June 1, 1943. Eleven years ago she came to Kalispell and had made her home here since that time.
"On March 28, 1946, she was married to Wesley E. Osborn in Kalispell and is now survived by her husband at the family home at 17 Fourth Ave. West in Kalispell.
"Mrs. Osborn was a past noble grand of Rebekahs and a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.
"She died in a Kalispell hospital August 11.
"Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Merle A. Hunnell of Seattle and E.D. Hunnell of Campbell, California; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren."
