from 28 and 30 Jan 1930 Florida Jacksonville Journal obits:
A sudden heart attack is believed to have caused the drowning late yesterday of George H Woolston, 65, of 3924 Baltis St, Ortega.
His body was dragged from the St Johns river near the yarcht club at Venetia. He had apparently tumbled into the water while fishing.
Woolston's home is in Garden City NY though he was a British subject. He was spending the winter with his brother W R Woolston.
The brothers went fishing yesterday afternoon. W R Woolston left his brother a few minutes on an errand to their home which was not far away. When he returned the brother was missing.
Search of the vicinity failed to reveal trace of the aged fisherman, and the brother concluded he had fallen into the river.
After dragging a short time the body was recovered.
Besides his brother W R, he leaves bro Frank of Mandarin, bro Edward of Virginia, and a bro and sis living in England, and a daughter Miss Rose.
Funeral on 30 January at 3pm, Rev Douglas B Leatherbury, St Mark Episcopal Church, Ortega, conducting the services. The body will be placed in the receiving vault in Evergreen cemetery, and later will be taken to New York.
