She was born May 19, 1955 in Gaston County to the late James Martin and Mae Peck Rayfield.
Funeral service will be at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home, Bessemer City with the Rev. Tommy Buchanan officiating.
Interment will follow at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.
She owned and operated her own dog grooming business in Bessemer City for a number of years. She leaves behind her beloved pets Gabby, Sophie and Mia. Cathy will be missed by all who knew her.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Kenny Sellers; son, Nick Sellers and wife Jennifer of Cherryville; daughter, Ashley
Sellers of Gastonia; sister, Patty Craven and husband Merrill of Mt. Pleasant, S.C.; 5 grandchildren; a number of cousins, nephews and nieces.
