"Sgt. Paul R. Setzer is with 'Fighting First' in Vietnam

As a result of the troop build-up in Viet Nam, sergeant Paul R. Setzer, whose wife Lucy lives in Placerville, recently debarked there with other members of the first infantry division. Setzer is a squad leader. He entered the army in August, 1954. His division is also known as the "Fighting First"; it was the first in World War II in North Africa, Sicily and France and the first to crack Hitler's Siegfried line."
