In 1945 they returned to Hammon and then in 1949 moved to Elk City,Ok.Where they have lived since.Mr.Dick started Dick Brothers Trucking with his brother Shelton and then became L.E.Dick Trucking.He retired in 1997 and they continued on the road in their motor home.
He was preceded in death by his parents,his wife Verda,one brother Shelton and 3 sisters.
L.E.is survived by 3 daughters:Sue Dick Hart and husband Kenneth,Jean Dick Wilson and husband Wayne of Elk City and Cindy Jones Dick Stevenson and her husband of Blanchard,Okla.5 grandchildren,Kevin Hart,Kent Hart, Kelly Wilson,Kristie Wilson Perkey and Gena Smith and 10 great grandchildren.
