Nellie A. Kabrich, 84, 212 E. 27th St., died Saturday at Ball Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Delaware County, the daughter of Benjamin and Mary Lake Harris, graduated from Hartford CIty High School in 1914, and spent most of her life in Delaware County.
Mrs. Kabrich was employed with Moser's Farm and Garden Store for several years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Cowan Christian Church and the Alcustis Club.
Surviving are her husband, Ralph, to whom she was married 65 years last September; a son, Tommy Kabrich, Muncie; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Turner and Mrs. Betty Kirschner, preceded her in death.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Meeks Mortuary with Rev. Robert E. Kellams, pastor of Cowan Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Tomlinson Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary 7-9 p.m Monday or 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
