The tombstone for Milinda on findagrave.com shows her name to be spelled Milindia. I suspect there was an error made by whoever made the monument. Maybe the cemetary records or the obituary announcement can be checked. I think that most people would spell her name Melinda as this appears on many records, but only Milinda works on findagrave. I don't know if Melinda (or Milindia) can be linked to Milinda but it sure would help many researchers looking for her using Melinda. The 1850 Census for Fairfield County, OH shows her name spelled that way. Plus her birth year is 1840, not 1842 as on the tombstone. Her middle initial, W, stands for Walters.
