JAMESTOWN — Reba L. Phelps, 84, of Jamestown died Nov. 22, 2004, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
The Jamestown native was a homemaker and a member of Jamestown Christian Church. She was a daughter of the late Ethridge Clayton and Viola Ross Clayton.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Phelps.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, with burial in Phelps Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include a daughter, Ineta Horn and her husband, Darrell, of Bowling Green; a stepdaughter, Norma Irwin of Bellville, Ill.; a sister, Effie Fox of Fort Wayne, Ind.; two granddaughters, Marla Carter and her husband, Todd, of Owensboro, and Whitney Moore and her husband, Josh, of Bowling Green; and two great-grandchildren, Ryce and Riley Carter
