Plains - Ruth Lucille Harries, 96, passed away on May 13, 2009, Clark Fork Valley Hospital Long Term Care Unit.
She was born in Beckenridge, Michigan, on April 13, 1913. Ruth was married to Arnold Harries on May 12, 1931. He preceded her in death October 1980. Her daughter Delaphine, also preceded her death in 1974, along with four of her children, in a house fire.
Ruth is survived by Janice (Dewey) Arnold and Larry (Carol) Harris of Plains, Mt. She is also survived by daughters Naomi and Phyllis of Michigan and son Dennis (Nancy) of Michigan. Also numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date at Damon Cemetery, West Branch Michigan. Sunset Hills Funeral Home in Plains is handling all arrangements.
