She suffered a heart attack about two weeks ago, and this was followed by a paralytic stroke that caused her passing.

She was the daughter of the late Orville D. and Sarah Elizabeth Masoner Parker and was born near Mt. Vernon, in Pendleton County, Kentucky, on April 26, 1869. She united with the Old Mt. Vernon Church near McKinneysburg when a young girl and remained a steadfast member of this denomination until her passing. For the past 35 years, she has been a member of the Falmouth Methodist Church. She was united in marriage to Frank M. Browning of this county on October 22, 1891.

Besides her husband, she is sruvived by: three sons and one daughter, Wilson N. Browning, of Dayton, Ohio, Joe Browning, of Falmouth, Frank G. Browning, of Covington, and Mrs Elizabeth Dunkle, of London, Ohio; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. E. E. Wright and Mrs. J. W. Wright, both of Falmouth.

Mrs. Browning was a cultured, gentle, Christian woman, and her passing is a distinct shock to her immediate family and many relatives and friends. She was a splendid wife, loving mother and most charitable neighbor and friend. She spent 40 years of her life in Falmouth, took an active part in church work and, in her quiet unassuming manner, did much charitable work. She was s home-loving woman and found her greatest pleasure working and sacrificing for her family.

The funeral services were held on February 26 at the Falmouth Methodist Church, conducted by her pastor, the Rev. G. E. Graden, assisted by the Rev. S. L. Moore. Burial took place in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Funeral directors Thomas and Fossett were in charge of arrangements.
