Toni was born March 2, 1970, in Fort Worth to Tony Waits and the late Unis "Trish" Crabtree. She never met a stranger and welcomed all into her home. She was also preceded in death by her grandfather, Johnie Waits; and one aunt, Jan Williams. Survivors: Husband, Timothy Black; son, Russell Scott Gibson; daughters, Kim Black and Kelley Ireland; granddaughter, Faith Ireland; father, Tony Waits and wife, Ester; brother, David Waits and wife, Debra; sister, Teresa Hightower and husband, Tim; brother, Richard Waits; sister, Amy Stewart and husband, Matt; grandmother, Wanda Waits; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.
