Matthew lost his mother at the very young age of 8yrs.There was a sister, Eliza(Lydia)McBride Harn.She was married to Glenn Harn and they died in Florida and are buried in St Marys Cemetery,Ringtown,Pa. He served in France with the Army in WWI and was a glassblower by trade-working in his fathers glass factory early on.He was husband to Jessie Gaile McCuen and father to:James T.,Paul,Charles Joseph,Patrick Douglas,William,Jerome Martin,John A.,Eugene,Rosemary, Margaret A., Betty Lou,Rebecca,Patricia and Carolyn.
