Mrs. Lenus Stehle, 68, of 1701-24th St., Two Rivers, died Thursday afternoon at Two Rivers Community Hospital, where she had been a patient a week.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. Ralph Backman will officiate with burial in Pioneers Rest Cemetery, Two Rivers.

Mrs. Stehle, nee Effie LeMahieu, was born Nov. 9, 1907, at Sheboygan Falls, daughter of the late William and Jennie Lammers LeMahieu. She attended Kohler Grade School and was graduated from Sheboygan High School in 1926. Prior to marriage to Lenus Stehle April 27, 1935, at Kohler, she was secretary to the superintendent of Kohler Schools. She was a member of Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church and Ladies Society of the Church.

Survivors include her husband, a son, William, of Milwaukee; a daughter, Miss Jane Stehle, at home; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Scott, of Madison, N.J., and three grandchildren.

Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, is in charge of funeral arrangements. There will be no visitation. Published in The Herald Times Reporter, Friday July 23, 1976, page 3.
