Kenneth McArthur Combs, 57, of New Salisbury, died Friday December 22, 2000, at the Harrison County Hospital in Corydon. A native of Hazard, Ky. born there November 7, 1943, the son of the late Henry C. & Lottie Stidham Combs. He was a printer at Hamilton Printing, Inc. in Louisville, Ky.

He was married to Peggy Elaine Cornelison, of Marengo on August 15, 1964 at Marengo, to this union two children were born. He was divorced in 1969 and remarried to Paulette on June 29, 1974.

Survivors include, his wife, a son, a daughter, two stepsons, two brothers, and eight sisters. He was predeceased by his parents, two sisters, two brothers, and his ex-wife.

Visitation was Wednesday from 1 to 9 p.m. at the Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey. The funeral was Thursday at 2 p.m., at the Tunnel Hill Christian Church in Edwardsville with burial in the Tunnel Hill Cemetery. The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Heart Association.
