Arrington
Sunday afternoon, June 20, 1965, at a local hospital, Mr. Edgar Elam Arrington, age 81. Survived by his wife, Mrs. Lurle Snoddy Arrington of Lebanon; three daughters, Mrs. Paul Newman, Lebanon, Mrs. Julian Sims, Marietta, GA., and Mrs Wilson McCartney, Winter Park, Fla.; four sons, Garland, Lewis and Howard Arrington of Lebanon, and Hayward Arrington, Castalian Springs, Tenn.; four brothers, Oscar, Joe and Cecil Arrington of Lebanon, and Tom Arrington, Nashville; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The reamins are at the Ligon and Bobo Funeral Home, where funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon, June 21, 1965 at 3 p.m. by Brother Monroe Scott. Friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery at Lebanon. Ligon and Bobo Funeral directors.
