Roman Catholic Saint. Born in an aristocratic family, she and other Christians came from Spain to France around the end of the third century. Known as “Dove”, she was beheaded during the reign of Aurelian as Christians were being persecuted in 273 AD. Her Feast Day is December 31. At the fountain where she was killed miracles were believed to have occurred.
