COLBY STONE BELL
From "The Tulsa World," Wednesday, November 10, 1999
BELL -- Colby Stone, was born September 18, 1974 in Oklahoma City. He was a 1993 graduate of Jenks High School and attended Tulsa Junior College. With his sunny
disposition and welcoming smile, his life was filled with the love of friends and the kindness he offered to those in need. He held an exuberant love for his family, friends and the sport of Motocross. His enthusiasm for that sport was matched by his father and together they enjoyed motorcycles and each others company. Colby is survived by: his beloved mother, Elizabeth Diane Bell of the home, and devoted sister, Juliet of Savannah, GA; aunts, Atlas Bell of Temecula, CA, Amanda Nichols and her husband, Ed; cousins, Douglas Hilton Low and his wife, Lisa, all of Oklahoma City and Amanda Reid Low of Dallax, TX. Memorial
service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 10, 1999, St. John's Episcopal Church. Graveside committal will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Fayetteville, AR. In lieu of flowers friends may contribute to the St. John's
Episcopal Church Youth Fund. Ninde Funeral Directors, Garden Chapel, 742-5556.

Two men who were found dead Monday at their south Tulsa County home were victims
of a suicide-homicide, the state Medical Examiner's Office confirmed Tuesday.

Both Charles Fay Bell, 62, and his son, Colby Stone Bell, 25, died of gunshot
wounds to the head, a spokeswoman for the office said.

Colby Bell's death was ruled a homicide, and Charles Bell's was a suicide, the
spokewoman said.

Colby Bell had been bedridden and on life support since being paralyzed in a
motorcycle accident about five years ago, authorities said.
