Brayden E. Baker, 15 days old, of Vermont died at 4:26 p.m. Dec. 10, 2011, at Blessing Hospital emergency room in Quincy.

He was born Nov. 25, 2011, in Macomb, a son of Tyler Baker and Chelsea Ackley.

Surviving are his parents, Tyler Baker and Chelsea Ackely of Vermont; maternal grandparents, Darin and Lisa Kreps of Vermont; paternal grandparents, Kenny and Cindy Smith of Rushville and Bob and Sara Baker of Jacksonville; maternal great-grandparents, Bill and Sharon Ackley of Vermont, Donna Kreps and Gene Predmore of Macomb and Jerry Kreps of Bushnell; and paternal great-grandparents, Marlin and Donna Baker of Industry.

He was preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents, Treva Alton and Frank Alton.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Reverend Robert Greene officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8p.m. Thursday at the memorial home in Astoria. Burial will be in Vermont Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria, where visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Vermont Cemetery.
