She was born December 9, 1918 in Watha, the daughter of the late Bruce and Ina Southerland Harrell. Also remembered are her beloved husband, Graham Glenn Sellers; brother, Miller Harrell and sister, Myrtle Crumpler.
"B" is survived by her son, Glenn Daniel "Dan" Sellers (Faye) of Wallace; daughter, Glenda S. Greene (Bill) of St. Helena; grandchildren, Kimberly "Kim" S. Humphrey (Jay) of Creedmore, Glenn D. Sellers II (Susan) of Wallace, Melissa "Missie" S. Wells (Jamie) of Wallace and Devery G. Corp (Mark) of Wilmington; great grandchildren, Morgan H. Williams (Nate), Jayson Humphrey (Mary Kate), Hannah Wells and Maggie Sellers; great great grandsons, Battle and Knox Williams; and many extended family and friends all who loved "B" dearly.
"B" was always in church, growing up in Hopewell Presbyterian Church and currently was a member of Mt. Holly Baptist Church.
"B" loved the Lord with an unwavering personal commitment to live her life by His Word, which was evident by all who knew her. Always with a smile on her face and a kind word to greet you, "B" set a positive example for her children to follow. She was a strong, courageous and yet gentle wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who brought out the good in all those who were near and dear to her. Her home was filled with joy, love and always her delicious meals. Cherished memories of "B" will always live in our hearts.
Graveside funeral service will be at 3:00 on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Riverview Memorial Park with the Rev. Dan Sellers officiating.
