Ruth was a daughter of the late Thomas C. and Mary Eliza Forney LeGore. She was the wife of the late Edwin Noah Baumgardner, who died in 1975. Mrs. Baumgardner was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Taneytown, Md. and the Taneytown Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by one daughter, Joan Delores Baumgardner Stonesifer of Union Bridge, Md. and one son, Ronald Noah Baumgardner of Ranson, W.Va.; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
