He was born June 6, 1952, in Gideon, Missouri, to the late Willie and Minnie Fisher.
Survivors include a daughter, Lynette Anderson of Bono; a brother, Gary Fisher of Jonesboro; granddaughter, Jillian Anderson.
Services were held at Gregg -Langford Bookout Funeral Home in Jonesboro, AR. Burial was in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
