Lorrie June Bailey, 62, of Pulaski, Iowa died December 11, 2011 at her home. She was born June 8, 1949 in Centerville, Iowa to Jay and June Whitacre Mullins. She married Gary Bailey July 14, 1972 in Drakesville, Iowa. Lorrie worked as a customer service agent for Citizens Mutual Telephone in Bloomfield. She was a member of the Bloomfield United Methodist Church and a former member of the Pulaski Mother's Club. Lorrie's favorite pastime was spending time with her family and especially her two grandchildren. she slso enjoyed cooking, baking, and shopping with her daughter-in-law.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Michael(Andrea)Bailey of Pulaski, Iowa; two grandsons, Garrett and Griffin Bailey; two brothers, David(Judy)Mullins, John(Joyce)Mullins both of Kirksville, Missouri; a sister, Mary Ellen(Bill)Bartram of Unionville, Missouri; mother-in-law, Mildred Wilkinson of Bloomfield, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Michelle LaNette Bailey.

Funeral services will be at 10 am Thursday, December 15, 2011 at the Bloomfield United Methodist Church with Pastor Kevin Gingerich officiating. Burial will be at the Drakesville Cemetery in Drakesville, Iowa. Visitation will begin after 9 am Wednesday with the family present to greet friends from 5-7 pm at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Memorials have been established in Lorrie's name to the Bloomfield United Methodist Church, Amanda the Panda, and the Ronald McDonald House.
