Anne Endecott was the daughter of John Endecott and Anne Gower. She was christened at St. Olave on Hart Street, London, England on 13 Oct 1689. Her mother died in childbirth or shortly thereafter. Her father married a second time to Anne Edwards. They had a son Robert Edwards Endecott christened at St. Olave, London, England on April 11, 1693.
Anne, her half-brother and stepmother moved to Boston where her stepmom's brother John Edwards resided after her father died. Anne and her half-brother Robert grew up on their grandfathers Orchard Farm in Salem.
Ann married her cousin, Capt. Samuel Endecott in Salem on 20 Dec 1711. Capt. Samuel Endicott who was the son of Samuel Endicott and Hannah Felton. Samuel and Anne had five children.

2. Sarah b. 1715 (died before 1719)
3. Samuel b. 12 Mar 1717 in Danvers
4. Sarah b. 1719
5. Robert b. 1721
