Louise Miller departed this life on December 8, 2011 after a short battle with cancer. She was a homemaker and was happiest when spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lewis in 1990, and her brothers, Nick LePore and Paul LePore. Louise is survived by her son, Lewis Miller and his wife, Jan and daughter, Lee Anne Monti; grandchildren; Gina Scalia, Michael Monti, Christopher Miller, and Stephanie Miller; great-grandchildren, Emily Scalia and Luke Scalia; brother, Pat LePore; sisters, Mary Moytko, Rose Marie Cook, Theresa Skelton, and Jeannie Mancino; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call on Wednesday, December 14, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the MCCRERY & HARRA FUNERAL HOME, 3710 Kirkwood Highway at Duncan Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 am at St. John the Beloved Church, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington, DE 19808. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the American Cancer Society , 92 Reads Way, New Castle, DE 19720.
