Wade Boyd Crum, 68, of the Camp Creek community, died Friday at Takoma Adventist Hospital.

Mr. Crum was a retired employee of Nolichuckey Sand Co.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years: Carolyn Deyton Crum; two brothers: Kennie Crum of Greeneville and Paul Crum of Rochelle, Ill.; four sisters: Charlotte Hicks of Sanford, Fla., and Madge Lilley, Rochelle Waybright, and Sue Fox, all of Greeneville; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, including a special great-niece: Chasity Burdine; a special aunt: Imogene Eckert of Huntsville; and special family members: Arlene Stills, Susie Crum, Ronald Waybright, J.C. Fox, and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Stills of Greeneville, and Karen Shepherd of Columbus, Ga.

He was a son of the late Jim and Dolly Crum and was preceded in death by three brothers: Jimmy Crum, Kermit Crum, and Rex "Buck" Crum; and two sisters: Louise Crum and Wanda Crum Burgner.

The family received friends from 7-9 Saturday and Sunday evenings at Kiser Funeral Home.

Family and friends will meet at 11:45 this morning at Kiser Funeral Home to go in procession to GreeneLawn Memory Gardens for a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. The Rev. Father William (O'Malley) Casey will officiate.

Active pallbearers will be Jeff Waybright, Jerry Waybright, Ronnie Crum, Rick Crum, Mike Crum, and Randy Fox.

Honorary pallbearers will be Glenn Coffey, Jim Kennedy, J.N. Stevens, Auther Bishop, Artie Wehenkel, Bill Painter, Dennis Crum, Melvin Underwood, Johnny Riddle, Bill Riddle, Lowell Jaynes, Dickie Conduff, and Jack Bowman.

Memorial contributions may be made to the church of the donor's choice.
