Marion Franklin Kirtley, died June 1, 1943, at the home of his daughter Mrs. Paul Osborn, in Maroa, Illinois. Burial at Mount Olive Cemetery.
Mr. Kirtley was born Jan. 21, 1856, in Hardin County, Kentucky. He married Emma Harriet Mears in Feb. 1894. She died in 1905.
A daughter, Bessie, preceded him in death.
Survivors are his daughter, with whom he had made his home for 17 years; and his son, Claude, of Maroa.
