Eugene E. Williams, 91, of Magnet Cove passed away December 8, 2011 at his home. He was born July 8, 1920 in Magnet Cove the son of Thomas and Hettie (Sarver) Williams. He worked at the Magnet Cove Barium Mines for thirty-one years, and was a forest ranger for the Arkansas Forestry Commission for fifteen years. Eugene loved to fish and work in his garden. He was of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death are his parents, his wife, Louise Williams, four sisters, and three brothers.

Survivors are his children, Donnie Williams and wife Janet; Ronnie Williams and wife Dianne; and Linda Parker, all of Magnet Cove; brother, Tommy "Pete" Williams of Greenbrier; sisters, Colene Dame, Mary Lou Pinson and Lila Wooten all of Little Rock; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services are Saturday, December 10 at 10:AM in the Regency Chapel with Brothers Bobby Goodnight, David Carroll, and Darryle Sulton officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Vally Cemetery.

Palllbearers are Marvin Scott, James Scott, Lloyd Nusbaum, David Sulton, Jared Bowling, and chad Williams. Honorary pallbeares are Dr. Ray Bolin, Dr. Timothy Webb, and the staff at Genesis Cancer Clinic and Odyssey Hospice.

Arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home.
